Account Manager Opportunity: We are seeking a proven sales professional to represent our well established, accredited compounding pharmacy. We provide custom compounding services in the areas of General Practice, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Wound Care, Psychiatry, Geriatrics, ENT, Wellness Centers and Vitality Clinics.Compounding operations are centrally located; we deliver directly to the patient. Since founding the pharmacy over 10 years ago, we have earned accreditation with multiple independent agencies, including PCAB Certification, and a perfect record in quality and compliance. We provide training, marketing materials, and support to help you succeed with your clients and maximize an aggressive commission plan.Financial Opportunity: Deliver an effective message to your established relationships, develop new business, and we will reward your efforts. Our goal is to make you successful. We have representatives earning 6 figures and we have part time representatives, but commitment to the fundamentals of the role is not only critical for success, compensatory for the position. Commissions are paid monthly.Job Description: Manage accounts and sales growth within a specific geography. You will need to complete orientation, which will involve training on products, services and procedure. You will be given a variety of resources to effectively communicate with and support your clients. Within the target geography, you will develop, execute and refine a business plan that will define how you intend to operate in order to meet company goals and expectations.Prerequisites: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Work history demonstrating persistent success in salesIntrinsically driven; high motivation.Ability to define and develop personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.Medical community relationships.Absorb and retain a complex array of information with follow through.Professional appearance.Strong business acumen and ethicsResponsibilities: Build strong, lasting relationships with doctors and clinics in a protected area.Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by maintaining and growing accounts.Deliver superior customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth.Keep providers informed and trained on new and existing products and services.Attend bi-weekly and monthly team meetings for training and goal setting.Required Experience: 5 years success reflecting PrerequisitesMedical Industry Sales (See Description)Experience:Sales: 5 years (Required)
