Job Description This Identity & Access Management Lead will contribute to the development of enterprise identity and access management standards, strategies, and plans; delivering solutions according to identified business needs in collaboration with various stakeholders. This role will provide technical oversight and guidance and lead the technical implementation of improvement changes and projects. The role will support the adoption and on-going use of Identity and Access Management application systems while adhering to CSL governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Identity and Access Management
Oversee the development of security requirements and design deliverables that describe the identity and access relationships among business functions, data, applications, and networking technology.
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise identity-centric end-to-end solutions in the Identity Management, Authentication (including Multifactor Authentication), Access Management, and Access Governance domains.
Quantify the effectiveness of the provisioning process, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Conduct security technology reviews and audits that ensure identity systems maintain industry relevance and are built to approved CSL ISF and industry standards.
Responsible for oversight and improvement of existing services:
User Lifecycle Management processes and integration with human capital management systems (Workday)
Access Management, including provisioning, access management updates, and de-provisioning
Single Sign-On
Authentication, including Multifactor Authentication
Password Management
Application Role Based Access Control (RBAC) services
Access Recertification processes for periodic user access recertification in GxP applications, periodic and event driven privileged access recertification, data access reviews, and other identity related recertification
Application and Platform integrations, including Active Directory, Azure Directory, CyberArk, SAP suite of applications, including GRC, ERP applications, Trackwise
Self Help/Heal services, cloud based password change, account recovery, and multi-factor device registration
Plan and deploy services, including Predictive Access Control, Biometric, Hands-Free, and Adaptive Authentication.
Act as an advisor to management and technology stakeholders on identity standards and solutions to recommend new identity management methods, solutions, and access control strategies to ensure services maintain industry relevant.
Develop, implement, and/or improve identity related CSL Information Security Framework (ISF) standards and guidance documentation.
Collaborate with external business partners, vendors and subcontractors to ensure issues of interoperability and identity integration are resolved.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; education preferably concentrated in IT, Application Development, Engineering or Science
Certifications: - SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification, Ping Identity Certified Professional - PingFederate, PingID, PingOne, and PingDirectory
CISSP, ISACA Security Manager or other technical security certification - support for certification for the right candidate available.
7+ years of enterprise identity and access management experience, including enterprise identity management solutions, Single Sign-on, and multifactor authentication technologies.
5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments.
3+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience.
4+ years' experience with Workday, SailPoint IdentityIQ
2+ years' experience PingFederate, PingID technologies or similar Single Sign-On and Multifactor Authentication technologies
Demonstrated experience with Secure Development Lifecycle management
Experience with enterprise LDAP including Microsoft Active Directory, Ping Directory, Microsoft and Linux server operating systems, and Active Directory integrated enterprise applications
Experience with web service integrations (REST, SCIM, and SOAP)
Scripting, e.g., Python, PowerShell, Perl
Java, UML, HTML, XML
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Experience working within a global, matrix organization
Experience with internal and external assessments and audits
Experience working in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
Experience with interpreting and deploying solutions based on standards and frameworks - for example, International Standards Organization (ISO) 27001, IT Infrastructure Library and ISO 20000, Capability Maturity Model Integration and Six Sigma Common risk management methodologies - for example, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations Enterprise Risk Management

Development and management of workflows and operating standards, including design reviews, certification, production acceptance and testing for system commissioning and decommissioning
Collaborative mindset able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
Ability to manage highly technical staff
Excellent understanding of the identity lifecycle, and associated technologies.
