At New Relic, Product Managers are leaders! You represent the voice of the customer and have a validated understanding of their goals, opportunities, and problems. You will own driving the onboarding experience of our platform to improve user satisfaction by lowering the friction of data ingestion and guiding users to find value in the newly ingested data. You will partner closely with design, engineering, partner management, and other product teams to deliver end-to-end value for our users. What You'll Do

  • Establish a vision and strategy to improve onboarding
  • Build a data advised roadmap to meet quarterly OKRs
  • Define, analyze, and report product metrics
  • Lead with user emotional intelligence to identify and clarify product requirements
  • Challenge the status quo and empower people to deliver outcomes Your Qualifications Must-have:
    • 5+ years of Product Management experience
    • Passion for building products that drive impact
    • Ability to analyze data and use it to prioritize and deliver user happiness
    • Interest in applying structure to ambiguity and driving toward measurable outcomes
    • Confidence in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
    • History of defining strategy, completing a plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and externally
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice-to-have:
