This team uniquely specializes in developing talent to rapidly increase in scope based on critical business needs.As a Senior Manager, this leader will be accountable for leading an Accelerated Development Experience to support the development of first-time leaders that are slated to move into a critical roles within a short period of time. In this role, they will understand the enterprise, business and customer needs, define the experiences for accelerated development, and manage the newly branded Accelerate Leadership (formerly known as L2L). They will have the leadership empowerment to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not allow ambiguity to hinder them. They will have the opportunity to try new, innovative ways to develop talent and co-create these ideas with business partners and teammates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leadership development, a passion for learning and a growth mindset, and will be excited to contribute to team success.Success in this role is predicated on one s ability to fully understand the talent strategies to meet future business needs and design experiences to help leaders be successful in their growth. The leader in this role needs to seamlessly flex between managing multiple priorities, outlining key milestones, and driving engagement and measurement. They thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing learning experiences and partnering with internal teams and external contributors. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving, and strong communication skills.   • Prepare skilled, inclusive, and knowledgeable leaders to expand in scope for critical roles through managing the intentional Accelerated Experiences designed to accelerate development. This role is specifically focused on cohorts of leaders slated to move into first time people leadership roles, leading the renovation efforts to amplify the experience of the former L2L program.
  • Deliver specially curated curriculum through leadership coaching, workshops, and exposure enabled by partnerships across ULearn and the business.
  • Enable an environment in which talent can focus on their individual growth, with a lens focused on the different needs that participants have as they are entering the experience to ensure learning is curated in a way that promotes equity and inclusion for each individual learner.
  • Partner strongly with Talent Management to understand and support the talent needs for future growth and meet the business needs for development.
  • Evolve the Accelerated Experiences with learner feedback and input from the business to shift according to future business needs.
  • Enable connections across the business that would not have happened otherwise through the management of a community of learning for participants.
  • Coach participants as needed through leadership transition periods to best provide guidance and perspectives throughout their growth journey.
