Job Summary The Xfinity Digital Sales team is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead reporting & analysis for customers ordering through Xfinity.com. The Manager will synthesize large amounts of data to provide insights into customer behavior across sales channels (ie Digital, Call Center, Retail) and throughout the customer lifecycle (ie behavior at point of sale, 3 months, 6 months, etc.). The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, a self-starter, an excellent communicator, possessing heavy experience with analyzing & summarizing data, web analytics, and a proven track record of shaping business strategy with data. Job Description Responsibilities + SQL code development to pull insights from various databases + Deliver high quality, timely, and actionable insights that define opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations with associated implications for the business + Educate stakeholders to empower them with accessible, actionable data and insights + Present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership in a manner that is easily interpreted and aids strategic and tactical decision making + Ability to work with leaders across the organization to nail down definitions for key performance indicators and standardize definitions + Work with partners in Business Intelligence to understand where data points live within databases and the best way to extract that information + Create data visualizations in Tableau to allow stakeholders to self-serve on data + Potential for the Analytics Manager to oversee direct reports + Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-moving environment + Take the initiative to dive into performance trends and uncover driving factors, potential issues, and opportunities + Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education Level + Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Field of Study + Business, Marketing, Statistics, or other quantitative related fields. The equivalent in related work experience may be substituted.
