Job SummaryCreates deployment plans to execute and implement strategic initiatives, programs, and products to the ad sales and parter teams. Coordinates across business teams, the PMO, communications teams, training teams, and oversees program & product adoption, success measurement, and post launch care.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

  • Able to develop innovative strategic implementation plans by translating and delivering one complex business requirements, manage change, and turn strategy into action
  • Develops a simple, concise and predictable process as well as associated tools to increase the adoption rate of new or enhanced programs and strategies
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation plans of strategic initiatives; create and edit materials as required
  • Establish a holistic approach to engage employees in support of various strategies and programs
  • Gatekeeping & prioritization --- partners with the PMO to create & own an overall business roadmap and timing of initiatives; negotiate with internal stakeholders on prioritizing initiatives
  • Creates a consistent association between our strategies and the results they are influencing
  • Ensure that all colleagues are clear in decision-making and execution responsibilities
  • Translate initiatives in the context of the larger company strategy and how their role is critical to our success
  • Work proactively with senior executives, business leaders and stakeholders to embed the business strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the strategic goals, performance and audiences in order to ensure plans are fully aligned
  • Acts as a key point of integration to connect all facets of business change initiatives and strategy
  • Versed in issues of corporate culture, employee engagement, change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement
  • Highly creative, capable of generating ideas that engage and interest multiple audiences
  • Able to foster effective, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization and to influence and drive alignment among stakeholders
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Preferred Qualifications
      • Bachelors Degree or Equavalent
      • Project Management Professional ( PMP) certification strong preferred and any additional project and change management certifications such as ADKAR is a plus
