Job SummaryWe are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. The QA Manager should be well-versed in all forms of digital display media, various ad serving platforms and issues that commonly arise in the design, development and implementation of digital media. You will be expected to manage and deliver multiple simultaneous QA projects in a timely and accurate fashion.Job DescriptionMost Days You:

  • Work closely with the Integrated Producers and Engineering teams
  • Develop, implement and assign master test plans
  • Primary ownership, administration and communication of all QA related project data and associated risks for all assigned projects
  • Mentor junior team members, ensuring that each member of the QA team is developing and growing through their assignments and responsibilitiesYou Bring:
    • 5+ years of experience within quality assurance discipline
    • Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on iterative projects
    • Experience developing QA Processes from scratch
    • Knowledge of the development process and best practices for Digital Display
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong eye for detail / process orientatedThe Ideal Match:
