may lead one or more projects of low to moderate complexity, or one project of high complexity. --- Excellent organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.-- Excellent independent time management skills.-- Proactive work attitude and ability to plan and track deliverables and timelines proactively.-- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business.-- --- Proficient Microsoft Office applications and use of Internet, Strong EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD and MS Project skills (MS Office 365)---- --- Advanced: a minimum of five years or more relevant project leaders experience in clinical trial systems and management (global environment preferred) --- Proven track record of multi-year software implementation experience in clinical R&D environment-- --- Proven matrix management experience with strong influencing and negotiating skills in Pharmaceutical or health care industry is required-- --- Technical expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical clinical operations, with experience gained through working with diverse and complex business processes and associated systems infrastructures is preferred (3-5 years) Education and Experience: --- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in project management, Health or Science discipline with experience working clinical R&D or highly scientific environment --- 3-5 years relevant project management work experience required --Pharmaceutical Healthcare working at the interface between systems and business--- Experience working in highly diverse teams within clinical research; cross-functional, global, multi-regional.--- Excellent Project management skills (waterfall and agile methodologies at least 3- 5 years practical experience)--- Advanced Microsoft Office and MS Project skills including the ability to manipulate and analyze data (prior experience working on IT or data management projects in a scientific / medical environment is a plus) --- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication. --- Ability to work in global environment organizing and leading team collaborative work output and present information to the core team as well as executive stakeholders --Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.--Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States immediately and without employer sponsorship (F1 OPT cannot be considered for this position).----Why Kelly--?Your engineering skills are in demand, but how do you find the right fit?
