Job DescriptionJob Summary The Reporting team brings data to life with powerful visualizations and interactive reports, built to scale out to thousands of users. We combine cutting-edge visualization techniques with tools like Tableau, data storytelling and user-centric design to drive business decisions for senior leaders. The Reporting team plays a highly collaborative consultative role with both our business partners and our data engineers to ensure that our solutions will be robust, comprehensive and performant. While the team specializes in report design, there are many opportunities to learn the business and dig into the data. Come get creative with your fellow data artists! Job Description Core Responsibilities * Partner with HQ sales channels to develop business requirements, assesses current reporting capabilities, and makes recommendations for to improve channel measurability & reporting * Develop reports using appropriate development tools, including but not limited to WAVE/Einstein Analytics, -Tableau and in-application creation tools, based on specifications and/or requirements * Partners with the data management team to develop data sets and master reference data to support channel reporting needs * Participate in and take a lead in regularly scheduled portfolio & prioritization meetings * -Manages report change requests and data quality on reporting assets already in production * Perform comprehensive testing of all reports and forms developed using appropriate testing methodologies and realistic data. * Coordinate and participate in the deployment of reports to the end user and support training as needed * Provide resolution of issues, bugs and refinements to QA and end users during testing, approval and production use of reports * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Other Competencies * Knowledge of reporting platforms and/or tools (e.g. Tableau, Einstein Analytics & etc.) * Experience and/or knowledge with SQL * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration * Ability to work effectively across functions, disciplines and levels. * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to progress multiple projects in parallel. * Ability to provide hands-on analytical support and be involved in to day-to-day activities of the team.
