Job DescriptionJob Summary Responsible for full life cycle
management of third-party Technology, License, SAAS, Professional
Services and other supplier agreements and executes other strategic
initiatives as assigned. This position interfaces with all levels
of leadership within the organization and is viewed as a subject
matter expert on contracts and business supported. Also provides
leadership, counsel and advice to Care and other leadership
stakeholders across all divisional and national teams. Job
Description Core Responsibilities * Draft, review, edit, and
negotiate Technology, License, SAAS, Professional Services
contracts including, but not limited to, statements of work,
amendments and addendums, and service level agreements for IT and
other support/supplier services. * Create and maintain standardized
contract templates. * Provide guidance on contract matters to
account managers, operation teams and other business owners within
Comcast. * Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders such as
account managers, legal, procurement, compliance, and
security/privacy teams. * Oversee and manage contract management
activities including contract signature and approval processes. *
Continuously develop new or improve upon existing contract
management activities, procedures, and processes. * Lead the
implementation of key contract updates across all suppliers in
collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Support efforts to
investigate and resolve disputes and mitigate risks contractually
and procedurally in collaboration with internal stakeholders. *
Support the facilitation of training activities for internal
stakeholders on contract requirements and governance principles. *
Support key contract standardization and other strategic
initiatives. * Support RFX activities related to outsourcing
supplier management needs. * Consistent exercise of independent
judgment and discretion in matters of significance. * Other duties
and responsibilities as assigned. Skills * Strong English language
written and verbal communication skills. * Strong listening skills
and desire to understand differing opinions. * Excellent
negotiation and persuasive skills, both in group settings and
one-on-one. * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to exercise sound judgment. * Strong cross-group
coordination as well as the ability to work independently and take
the initiative to drive projects forward. * Excels with
cross-functional relationships across all organizational levels. *
Proficient knowledge and understanding of legal concepts and terms
within the outsource support industry, and ability to convey the
impact and importance of these terms to business owners. *
Knowledge of Vendor, Technology, Professional services, SAAS, and
other third-party Agreements. Qualifications * 5+ years of
professional experience in contract management and technology
negotiations. Telecom or Cable Industry preferred. * Demonstrated
experience drafting, editing, managing, and negotiating Technology,
SAAS and License contracts. * Excellent and compelling communicator
with a natural ability to lead strategic conversations and adjust
to varying audiences. * Strong English language written and verbal
communication skills. * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment. * Experience
sourcing and cementing partnerships, particularly in business
development function. * Demonstrated thought leadership in
creating, influencing and driving business strategy * Excels with
cross-functional relationships across all organizational levels as
well as the ability to work independently and take the initiative
to drive projects forward. * MBA and/or JD preferred. Employees at
