Location: Fort Washington, PADescription: Looking for a Project Manager--that serves as the primary bridge between the various business channels (as well as internal departments) with a focus on supporting the process. The Program Manager interfaces constantly with the various business leaders as well as the Product Manager to understand the key challenges, strategic direction and drivers of success for that area.The Project Manager uses that information to create a technical roadmap for building a best in class digital end to end external and internal user experience - balancing short-term enhancements alongside a long-term vision and transformational goals. They will work hands-on with the IT Development Team (internal as well as vendor), Project Managers, Business Analysts and others to continually refine and improve the platform with the ultimate goal of supporting efficiency within the business and allow for increased profitability while retaining concentration on regulatory compliance and overall organizational excellencePrincipal DutiesPartner on strategic direction on programs with internal senior leadership on large scale efforts.Integral part of strategic planning efforts for technology roadmaps.Work on high complexity programs for Origination Lending technologies.Performs conceptual design work for technology products and enhancements including wire-frames and detailed specification documentationOrganize platform prioritization with thorough understanding of various needs and level-of-effort to implement.Leads multi-departmental conversations and working sessions with the goal of well-rounded projects and specifications that demonstrate a complete understanding of downstream impacts and risksAgile lifecycle management and act as scrum master if assignedResponsibilities can include analysis, consultancy, project management and testing workManage feedback loop from product customers - understand user experience and satisfaction and translate into improvement plan / roadmap.Opportunities to act as "light app" developer in rapid application development platform(s) --- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisorEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7+ years of experience in mortgage lending technology or related fieldMortgage related experience across different areas of responsibility (e.g. Processing/sales/compliance/ retail/wholesale/correspondent channels)Experience with agile lifecycle managementLarge software development effort/project management experience required.Experience leading multiple projects spanning multiple channelsKnowledge, Skill and Ability RequirementsDemonstrated exceptional ability to effectively interact with cross functional teamsA natural excitement for technology, with the ability to explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including Project Owners, Project Managers, developers and managementWorks well in a fast-paced team environment and manage/drive multiple requests to successful completion in a prompt and professional manner while communicating issue/status to appropriate stakeholdersStrong organization skills, project management experience a strong positiveCommunication skills, verbal and written, capable of expressing complex issues to a broad audienceAbility to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and tight timelines using analytical and problem-solving skillsContact: rmcginley@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
