Job Description:
Job Description Job Description The Robert B. Balter Company is
seeking F/T Public Works and infrastructure inspectors for City of
Baltimore assignments. Scheduled projects include a Pumping Station
Improvement project. Full-Time position. The preferred candidate
will have: - More than 10 years experience as an inspector, with
majority of experience related to Water/Wastewater facilities.
Mechanical, Electrical, or General Facility experience a plus. - BS
or AA degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology,
or similar - Demonstrated experience in leadership roles with
increasing levels of responsibility - Experience with leading teams
of inspectors - Demonstrated ability to read and interpret Contract
Documents. - Experience with PMIS systems, Primavera Unifier or
CM13/CM14 - Proficiency with all MS Office applications and PDF
management software.
