to join our team as Sr. Principal Production Operations based out
of Baltimore, MD. What You’ll Get to Do: Primary manufacturing
liaison to program management for development and execution of the
manufacturing strategy Primary product development, manufacturing,
test, global supply chain, and mission assurance contact for
program activities, leading program review sessions with internal
and external customers to discuss operational aspects of technical,
cost, and schedule performance Oversee and manage the product
development, manufacturing, test, global supply chain, and mission
assurance activities and serve as primary liaison to program
management Assess project and technical issues and develops and
drives action plans and resolutions to meet productivity, quality,
and stakeholder satisfaction goals and objectives Develop
mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and
problem solving with program managers, engineering, suppliers,
line/cell managers, and customers Coordinate and leads the
preparation of proposals; prepares and reviews all manufacturing
Basis of Estimate justifications, creates master production
schedules, and coordinates material planning and production
scheduling to include all aspects of producing product through
delivery Drive continuous improvement through mitigating risks and
realizing opportunities Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
with 8 years of experience in Project/Program Management,
Manufacturing Engineering, or other related discipline; Master’s
degree with 6 years of work experience in Project Management,
Manufacturing Engineering, or other related discipline; 12 years of
experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or
other related discipline may be considered in lieu of degree
requirement Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS),
Proposal preparation, and/or Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
development Experience navigating CAM – Control Account Management
Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership, and/or process
improvement Experience acting as a liaison between multiple
disciplines to solve complex problems with limited resources in a
timely manner Experience troubleshooting and developing creative
solutions to meet customer demands Experience driving continuous
improvement through mitigating risks and realizing opportunities
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
is required U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience
manufacturing defense related electronics Experience with
continuous improvement techniques – Six Sigma, Kaizen, LEAN, Red X,
etc. Experience with labor estimating Experience working technical
project management through different parts of the program/project
life cycle Experience working diverse contract types (CPFF. CPIF,
FFP) Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Investigation type activities Experience with data
mining/manipulation & presentation Experience communicating and
engaging with executive leadership (Director or VP level) What We

available), and much more! MPR Primary Level Salary Range:
$123,400.00 - $185,000.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
