customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and
problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business
relationships with our customers through repeated contact and
consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to
win and retain customers’ business often depends on your ability to
quickly and efficiently provide them with just the right parts
and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing
costly equipment breakdowns. You will also, on occasion, have the
ability to utilize your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer
problems or troublesome processes. This is a great starting point

on a daily basis: • Assist customers by phone and in person at our
facility • Use your customer service skills and talents to clarify
their needs, do research, and (after you get up to speed) recommend
parts • Be focused and driven to meet / exceed monthly sales goals
while increasing customer satisfaction • Process quotes, take
orders and provide post-order service REQUIREMENTS Our Customer
Service Representatives are self-motivated and driven by a desire
to exceed expectations. They have strong prioritization and
multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and take pride in their
verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the
ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a
wide variety of customers are critical. Specific qualifications for
the role include: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
Excellent telephone, and written skills, including English grammar
Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of
Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable
with Google search engine High school diploma or equivalent Valid
driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) SAP / ERP
experience, preferred but not required Some knowledge of industrial
distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required
Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. SALARY & BENEFITS As a Customer
