Job Description:
Join Cox Automotive as an Automotive Mechanic Technician II,
where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing
vehicle performance and condition. As a Technician, you are
expected to tackle a variety of automotive mechanical tasks from
routine maintenance to complex repairs and diagnostics. This role
requires a deep understanding of automotive systems combined with a
thorough knowledge of the latest automotive technology. Our
extensive range of services includes working with car
manufacturers, dealers, and buyers, positioning you uniquely to
influence and propel the automotive landscape. Perform detailed
diagnostics on vehicle issues and propose valid solutions. Execute
routine maintenance and complex repairs efficiently and accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and
mechanical processes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and
company standards. Collaborate with team members and engage in
continuous process improvement. Write clear and precise service
reports and maintain repair records. Proficient in automotive
diagnostics and repair tools. Strong understanding of electronic
systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability
to work independently and in a team environment. Strong
communication and customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE Certification
required (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence).
Valid driver’s license.
