Perform detailed diagnostics on vehicle issues and propose valid solutions. Execute routine maintenance and complex repairs efficiently and accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and mechanical processes. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Collaborate with team members and engage in continuous process improvement. Write clear and precise service reports and maintain repair records. Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair tools. Strong understanding of electronic systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and customer service skills.
