Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a
seasoned Sr Project Developer to join our dynamic team. This role
is crucial for driving forward our mission of providing innovative
and sustainable energy solutions across the U.S. The Sr Project
Developer will lead large-scale projects from conception through
completion, focusing on renewable and traditional energy ventures.
This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our
energy strategies and support our commitment to sustainable energy.
Lead the planning and execution of complex energy projects,
ensuring they meet technical specifications, budgets, and
timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to develop project plans
and risk management strategies. Conduct feasibility studies and
initial project scoping to assess potential projects’ viability and
alignment with strategic objectives. Manage relationships with
stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, and
community groups, to ensure support and compliance for all project
phases. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt
strategies and practices for maximum efficiency and sustainability.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management,
highlighting project status, achievements, and milestones. Strong
understanding of energy project lifecycle, including design,
procurement, construction, and commissioning. Proficiency in
project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively
negotiate with stakeholders and manage team dynamics. Capability to
lead and inspire project teams to achieve business objectives and
project deliverables. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Certified
Energy Manager (CEM) certification is a plus.
