Job Description Job Description Sr. Mechanical Engineer Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Position Type: Regular Full-Time Location: Royersford, PA Salary: $90K - $110K Bonus Opportunity Position Summary: This position will play an integral role in leading and designing of mechanical systems and components for industrial applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on design experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop engineering sketches, specifications, and design data for new products - Select materials based on safety, performance, and cost considerations - Perform mechanical analysis on machined components and parts - Manage engineering projects through full lifecycle - Create manufacturing drawings for machining, welding, and assembly - Utilize CAD and analysis tools for design and validation - Interpret and apply industry standards (ASTM, ASME, ANSI) - Prepare and review project documentation in accordance with company and industry standards - Communicate design requirements effectively with stakeholders Qualifications: - B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 5 or more years of experience in mechanical design - Proven experience designing machined components and parts - Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD programs - Strong written and verbal communication - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in engineering fundamentals - Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight timelines Benefits - Comprehensive Benefits Package - Competitive Salary ($90K - $110K) - Bonus Opportunity - Medical - Dental - Vision - 401k - Paid Time Off - Paid Holiday Time - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
