construction, operation and sustainability of Data Centers. About
the Role The Project Manager is responsible for post-sales
coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects,
while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of
the organization. What You’ll Do Manage the installation of Tate
products (e.g., Containment, Manifolds, Ceilings, Raised Floor
systems) on construction sites across various regions. Serve as the
primary on-site liaison between Tate, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, logistics,
and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment
with project scope. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to
ensure compliance with Tate standards and safety protocols. Resolve
field issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules,
reports, and change orders. Support commissioning and handover
processes for completed installations. Additional Expectation
Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which
includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all
duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance
with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market
demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and
demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns
related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor,
manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the
confidential whistle blower service. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s
degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
preferred; equivalent experience considered. Ability to travel to
job sites as needed. 30%-40% Travel Required 3 years of experience
in construction project management or site supervision. Familiarity
with raised access flooring systems, containment solutions, or
similar infrastructure products. Strong understanding of
construction site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor
coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural and
mechanical drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving
skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft
Office Suite. What You'll Get Pay range: $70,000 USD to $110,000
USD. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Career Scope
