We are searching for a Structural Engineer/Building Envelope Professional to conduct forensic investigations of commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings to determine failures and defects. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing structural failure analysis and investigations on damaged commercial properties. Experience working with independent adjusters, attorneys, and/or property insurance carriers is a plus.



Requirements Include:

-Experience in reverse engineering, design defects, construction defects, forensic engineering, property loss insurance and claims response, or cause and origin analysis.

-Minimum of 15 years engineering experience

-BS degree in structural/civil engineering or architecture

-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

-Approximately 25% travel

-PE or AIA registration
