Job Description Position Title: Shop Service Technician / MechanicLocation: Service --- Hainesport, New JerseyDepartment: ServiceEmployment Type: Full-TimeMinimum Experience: ExperiencedCompensation: Up to $35/ HourDescription: Shop Service Technician / Mechanic Woods Machinery is seeking a Shop Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team at our Bobcat of Burlington (Hainesport, NJ) location to support our customer base in New Jersey. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for diagnosing and repairing Bobcat equipment as well as all makes and models of compact construction equipment we represent in the shop or field which includes; Skid Steer Loaders, Track Loaders, Excavators as well as other equipment offered by the dealership.Seeking Level A, B, and C skilled technicians.Level A Candidates must possess at least (4) four years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic and diesel construction or industrial equipment. Level B candidates will be considered based on experience and background but should possess at least (3) years of experience in a related field - heavy equipment, trucks, or automotive. Level C candidates may possibly be considered based on related experience and/or vocational training. In addition, candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, solve problems and possess superior technical skills.Meet flat rate and/or estimated hours allocated for each repair on a consistent basis.Maintain work areas, tools, vehicle, and equipment to promote a clean and safe work environment.Other duties and special projects as assigned.. Document all work performed on company provided laptop while onsite.Ability to work in a shop and outside environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, dirt, and noise.Work overtime as business needs arise.
