-As a member of the Advanced Packaging team in Fort Washington, the
team member will be responsible for the assembly and maintenance of
newly developed semiconductor assembly modules and machines.
-Responsibilities
Working under minimal supervision,
assemble electro-mechanical assemblies from prints and work
instructions. This includes mechanical structures, pneumatics
assemblies and hydraulic assemblies.Perform testing and basic
troubleshooting of assemblies and document results.Install
assemblies and cabling onto equipment and validate proper
functionality.Perform modifications to assemblies and machines as
directed by development and manufacturing engineersResponsible for
completing tasks according to project schedules.Maintain a clean,
organized, and safe working area.Other duties as assigned

Ability to work both independently
and in teamsAbility to communicate clearly verbally and in
writingAbility to effectively communicate with the team and others
to solve complex technical challengesWorking knowledge of Microsoft
Word and ExcelElectro-mechanical assembly experience with
high-precision assembliesAbility to read mechanical drawings and
assembly process documentationExperience routing and terminating
cables.Experience with building and installing pneumatics and
hydraulics assemblies helpful.Ability to use calipers, micrometers,
force gauges, torque wrenches and dial indicators.Ability to use
drills and taps and dies.Experience working with design engineering
teams or manufacturing is a plus.The role may require standing for
long periods of time, working from a ladder or on the floor.The
role may require occasional lifting of items ranging from 20 to 50
pounds.1-2 years industry experience -Required Education
High school diploma or
equivalent.Tech school, vocational school, or related college
coursesAssociates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Preferred.Military Technical School Training related to
Electro-Mechanical Engineering helpful.Certifications in
Electro-Mechanical studies from an Accredited Technical/Trade
