Our combination of talent and experience generates unprecedented solutions for diverse and iconic projects around the globe.Job ResponsibilitiesPennoni Associates is currently seeking a Project Traffic Engineer with responsibilities consistent but not limited to:Mentoring junior staffDeveloping highway profiles, cross sections and typical sectionsPerforming pavement design calculationsRequired AttributesRequired education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum years of work experience: 6-12 yearsLicenses: NJ Professional EngineerComputer skills required: Microsoft; experience with Microstation is preferredAbility to work independently and within a group settingDesire to learn new skills related to roadway design and traffic engineeringPreferred AttributesProficiency in Microstation, InRoads/OpenRoads softwareFamiliarity with Traffic Signing and Stripping Plans, Traffic Control Plans, Drainage Plans and Grading PlansExperience with NJDOT highway projects, plan presentation and NJDOT Capital Delivery ProcessSome experience with AutoCADExperience with stormwater management and hydraulicsWhy Work With Us?At our core, we recognize that the unique qualities of our Pennoni individuals are essential for innovation and growth as a whole.
