Eliassen Group is looking for an experienced Infrastructure/Network Security Engineer. As a systems security and network security engineer, you can identify the tool, security system, device, application needed to assess vulnerabilities and recommend the best solution and security strategy. We need your experience to lead the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect our most critical infrastructure.Responsibilities:Responds to basic/moderate cyber incidents using industry recognized methodology (preparation, identification, containment, eradication, recovery and lessons earned).Helps, with guidance, to create uplift of cyber security detection and alerts for ongoing prevention of threats.Supports, with guidance, the automation of containment and cyber security events.Supports vulnerability management via tools and processes and looks to identify vulnerabilities in the environment.Plans and conducts, with guidance, team activities to enrich detection and prevention controlsAnalyze, route, diagnose security issues and be able to remediate with the technology teamYou Have:Ideal candidate would have exposure to working in Technology forensics, incident response, attack and penetration, vulnerability scanning, cyber defense or information securityStrong experience working with SIEM tools, preferably Rapid7Strong experience working with KnowBe4Strong experience with IT networkingExperience with Network DocumentationExperience with firewall install and configurationExtremely strong communication skills, proactive mindsetUS Citizens/ GC holders ONLY.
