For example, if I'm very good at doing Excel work and the other one is very good at doing analyzing work then both of us can help each other to enlarge the strength and avoid weakness, so that we can, as a team perform better with less time and be more efficient. So, diverse in this side is very helpful and also like background diverse. For example, if I come from China and my team member come from India or US or UK, we have different cultural background. We are able to talk in different languages, but also we can talk together about our own culture and learning new things. It's just having something different in the team is always good.
