Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Project Developer to join our innovative team dedicated to advancing energy solutions. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead project planning and execution, ensuring the delivery of energy projects that span across power, natural gas, renewable energies, and energy management. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to sustainable and efficient energy solutions serving a wide range of sectors nationwide. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans from inception through completion. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and marketing to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Initiate and manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify new project opportunities. Engage with stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects adhere to regulatory standards and achieve stakeholder expectations. Deliver regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders through presentations and reports. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management software. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Solid understanding of the energy sector regulations and legislations. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.
