As an Associate Center Director , you are a TLE Happiness

the Center Director in developing and implementing strategies to
attract and retain high- quality teachers and staff who are
committed to our mission and values. Provide leadership and
guidance to the team and foster a culture of collaboration and
teamwork. Ensure that the center is delivering high-quality
programs and services that meet the evolving needs of children and
families. Build and maintain positive relationships with families
and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child's
learning and development. Support the Center Director in managing
the center's budget and financial planning and ensure that expenses
are within budgetary guidelines. Maintain compliance with all
relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is
in full compliance with all licensing requirements. Continuously
evaluate and improve the center's programs and services and seek
out opportunities for growth and expansion. Qualifications: Minimum
of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare
center or related field. Bachelor's degree in early childhood
education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven
record of attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality teachers
and families. Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and
a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
