Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a full-time school psychologist in
Lancaster, PA, supporting educational settings with critical
psychological services. This role is vital in promoting student
well-being, assessing learning and behavioral needs, and
collaborating closely with educators and families to develop
effective interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive psychological assessments for students to identify
learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional
needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to
design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and
support plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
to support students mental health and academic success Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights
to student support strategies Maintain accurate and confidential
records in compliance with educational regulations Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
Experience working in school settings providing psychological
assessment and intervention Strong interpersonal and communication
skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Knowledge of educational laws, testing procedures, and behavioral
strategies Job Details: Location: Lancaster, PA Position Type:
Full-time contract (37.5 hours/week) Work Schedule: Monday through
Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM Contract Duration: Immediate start
