active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This part-time Physical
Therapist position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide
essential rehabilitation services within an educational setting in
Paterson, NJ. You will work approximately 15-20 hours per week,
supporting students physical development and helping them achieve
their individualized therapy goals. Qualifications: Valid New
Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) certification Proven
experience working as a Physical Therapist in school environments
Strong understanding of school-based therapy regulations and
procedures Ability to design and implement effective treatment
plans tailored to students needs Excellent communication skills to
collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
Location: Paterson, New Jersey Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and develop therapy plans aimed at improving students
physical functioning and mobility Provide direct physical therapy
services to students in accordance with individual education
programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators,
and families to support student progress Maintain accurate and
timely documentation of services and student progress Participate
in team meetings and provide expert recommendations on therapeutic
