A rewarding part-time paraprofessional position is available at a preschool setting in Hollis, NH, offering meaningful work supporting students with diverse needs. This role requires approximately 26 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM, through June 17, 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both intensive needs and general education preschool classrooms. Behavioral-based experience and ABA training or familiarization are essential to effectively support students with special education requirements. Flexibility is important, as classroom configurations may change to best meet student needs. Key qualifications and requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent Behavioral-based experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting ABA training or relevant experience Ability to work with students in the special education population with patience and understanding Reliable transportation for timely arrival each day Completion of district fingerprinting and successful agency onboarding Strong references, with at least one completed prior to candidate submission Primary responsibilities: Assist teaching staff in delivering educational and behavioral interventions for preschool students Support classroom activities for both intensive needs and general education groups Adapt to classroom changes and work collaboratively with teachers and specialists Help monitor and encourage positive student behaviors using ABA principles This role involves a Zoom interview process and offers the chance to make a positive impact on young learners in a supportive school environment.
