Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Maryland professional license is needed for several travel assignments within the Baltimore area, MD school district. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to support preschool through middle school students across multiple school settings with flexible scheduling options. Positions Available: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday) for two openings Part-time (30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday with option to extend to 5 days) Assignment Details: Community Preschool locations (itinerant, 5 days/week) Magnolia Elementary (3 days/week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days/week), serving PreK5th grade Aberdeen Middle School, serving 6th8th grade students with supervisory responsibilities for an SLPA supporting services Start Dates & Duration: January 9, 2026 (preschool itinerant position) February 16 to May 29, 2026, with possible extension through Extended School Year (ESY) in July 2026 March 16 to June 18, 2026, with possible ESY extension Qualifications: Active Maryland professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Compliance with House Bill 486 requirements including district background check and fingerprinting Experience working with preschool to middle school-aged children preferred Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (required at middle school level) Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students in assigned schools Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication goals Supervise SLPA services where applicable Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions This opportunity offers diverse caseloads across educational settings in the Baltimore region with a chance for continued engagement through summer services. Flexible interview scheduling is available between 9-11 AM and 2-3 PM EST. Compensation for this position ranges from $35.22 to $55.22.
