Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior support for K-12 students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program in Easton, PA. The position is part-time, offering 24 hours per week from Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM, running from June 25, 2026, through July 31, 2026. Work locations are itinerant within Bucks County, with assignments at approved schools and districts determined by student needs and candidate location. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. - Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement evidence-based practices. - Monitor progress and modify strategies to ensure positive student outcomes. - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state licensure requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - Current BCBA certification and valid state licensure. - Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to provide in-person services across multiple school sites. Work Setting: - Itinerant countywide service within Bucks County. - Approved schools include middle and elementary schools with the potential to serve additional districts as assigned.
