Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide school-based
therapy services at an elementary school location in Wilmington,
DE. This full-time, contract position requires an active Delaware
SLP license and offers an opportunity to support a diverse caseload
that includes traditional and autism populations. The role is
onsite only, delivering specialized speech-language services within
the school setting. Key Qualifications: - Valid and active Delaware
SLP license - Experience providing speech-language therapy in a
school setting, preferably elementary level - Familiarity working
with both traditional and autism caseloads - Strong interpersonal
and communication skills for collaborating with educators and
families - Reliable transportation to ensure consistent onsite
attendance Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized
speech-language services aligned with student IEPs - Manage a split
caseload comprising traditional students and students on the autism
spectrum - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy
sessions and progress notes - Collaborate with school staff to
integrate therapy goals into the educational environment -
Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district
policies Location and Duration: - Wilmington, Delaware Elementary
school setting - Full-time (37.5 hours per week), contract through
June 12, 2026, with immediate start availability This position
includes a Zoom interview process lasting 1530 minutes. Prepare to
