Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers a rewarding opportunity for a licensed Delaware
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy
services in an elementary school setting. The role involves working
onsite to support a split caseload of traditional and autism
students, fostering communication development within the school
community. This is a full-time, contract position lasting through
the current school year. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct
speech and language therapy to elementary students, including those
with autism - Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to
support student communication goals - Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and
state regulations - Participate in team meetings and assist with
individualized education program (IEP) development - Ensure full
compliance with Delaware SLP licensure requirements and school
district policies Qualifications and Experience: - Valid, active
Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license required - Preferred
experience in school-based settings, particularly with
elementary-aged children - Familiarity with working with diverse
student populations, including students on the autism spectrum -
Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work
