Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An Elementary
School in Reading, PA, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist
for the 2025/2026 school year to serve as a backfill on a contract
basis. This role is essential in supporting the academic and
emotional well-being of 5th and 6th grade students through
comprehensive psychological services and collaboration within the
school community. Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological
evaluations and assessments to identify student needs - Assist with
the implementation and support of the Multi-Tiered System of
Supports (MTSS) - Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to
develop intervention strategies - Provide counseling and crisis
intervention as needed - Participate in team meetings and
contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure - Experience
working in elementary educational settings preferred - Strong
understanding of assessment tools and MTSS frameworks - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Position
Details: - Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with
flexible scheduling allowing a minimum of 30 hours; primarily
on-site with the option of one work-from-home day - Duration:
Contract for the 2025/2026 school year - Location: Elementary
school setting in Reading, PA This position offers the opportunity
