Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A K-12 school located in West Chester, PA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position starting ASAP through June 12. This opportunity offers a caseload focused on speech therapy and life skills, supporting students with varying disabilities ranging from mild to severe. Responsibilities include: Providing individualized speech therapy services to students Conducting and holding Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Collaborating with school staff to support student progress Managing caseloads at either a middle school (3 days per week) or middle/high school (5 days per week) Qualifications: Valid SLP certification or eligible for Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working in school-based settings across middle and high school levels Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and IEP processes Ability to handle caseloads involving mild to severe disabilities This contract position is designed for approximately 40 hours per week.
