can focus on working with your students instead of building lesson

Responsibilities: \n Lesson Planning and Instruction: \n \n Study
and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. \n
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to
enhance learning. \n Manage a classroom of 20 scholars. \n \n
Assessment and Evaluation: \n \n Assess student progress through
assignments, tests, and observations. \n Provide timely feedback
and support to help students improve. \n Maintain accurate records
of student performance and progress. \n \n Classroom Management: \n
\n Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain
a productive learning environment. \n \n Communication and
Collaboration: \n \n Communicate regularly with students, parents,
and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues. \n
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to
support student success. \n \n Career Advancement and Skill
Development : \n Success Academy gives you unparalleled

classroom and outside. \n \n Sharpen your communication skills and
develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their
families, and your peers and mentors. This is inclusive of writing
letters of recommendation at the middle school and high school

challenges in and out of the classroom. \n Learn to assess and
analyze data to chart your students’ growth and achievement, and
tailor your own teaching methods accordingly. \n Engage in

improve your performance. \n Have the opportunity to grow as a
leader and ultimately a leader of the entire grade team. There are
also opportunities to enter our school leadership track as an
assistant principal as well as to transition to our network office.
\n \n Minimum Qualifications: \n \n A bachelor’s degree before your
first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education
is not required) \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n Passion for learning and commitment to student development \n
Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for

Compensation : \n Starting From: $55,000 - $65,000 USD Success
