Reporting to the Clubhouse Director, the Drums Teacher is responsible for on-site program delivery which is set in either one-on-one or group sessions. ----Job RequirementsFrontline employees are not required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, BCNY strongly encourages all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and obtain a booster shot.--ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of a group of 10-21 boys (ages 7-9 or 10-12)Teach half-hour sessions per working day scheduled--(Some one-on-one, some small group sessions)Record Annual Pre and Post ObservationsKeep Attendance Records (Parent outreach when needed)Work in small groups for end of season performancesCare of equipment in State-of-the-Art studios----QualificationsEducation and teaching experience in the instrument you are applying for.
