Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential! **MUST HAVE CURRENT CLASS INSTRUCTOR AND CPR CERTIFICATIONS. This is a part-time position paying $65 per class.We are NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio of 350+ top brands in luxury residential and hotel sectors across 30 U.S. markets.A typical day as an NFC Amenity Group Exercise Instructor involves---You will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, creating and leading fitness classes for a diverse group of residents. Your main goal is to inspire and motivate residents to reach their fitness goals while fostering community and well-being.Ultimately, your aim is to make residents feel their best by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation during fun and innovative classes.Additional responsibilities include:

  • Greeting participants courteously.
  • Planning and executing classes for residents and guests of various fitness levels and ages.
  • Creating engaging routines tailored to resident needs.
  • Providing clear instructions and demonstrations for safety and effectiveness.
  • Offering modifications for different fitness levels.
  • Maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensuring the exercise space is clean and equipment is maintained.
  • Staying updated on current trends to enhance offerings.
  • Building rapport and addressing questions and concerns.
  • Collaborating on wellness initiatives.
  • Tracking attendance.
  • Ensuring safety and responding to emergencies.
  • Following property procedures.
  • Maintaining relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM), CPR, and First Aid.
  • Presenting a professional appearance.
