THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SCHEDULER THE SCHEDULE: Full-Time or Part-Time Evening, Night, or Weekend shifts (hours vary depending on business needs) Standard daytime shifts: 8 am – 5 pm M–F, 7 am – 4 pm M–F, 9 am – 5 pm M–F Overtime available Shifts may vary, but remain within business hours YOUR ROLE AS A SCHEDULER: Every day, you're the voice that welcomes homeowners, learns about their needs, and schedules appointments for our Design Consultants to visit their homes. You manage calendars, coordinate availability, and ensure every homeowner feels cared for and understood. You keep communication smooth, update schedules in real time, and help our team stay efficient and prepared. From the moment a homeowner calls, you set the entire experience in motion-and your organization becomes the backbone of our operation.
