Job Description Job Description The Ray Price Dealerships are growing and looking to add team members to our Parts department in Stroud Ford! What You’ll Do: Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the service department Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. What You’ll Need: Previous Parts Counter experience is a Plus Computer proficiency - you'll be trained on the dealership computer system Team-oriented mindset, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Professional appearance and work ethic Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) submitted prior to employment start date All potential employees must pass a pre-employment testing including a background check Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
