Blue Swim School is looking for a Swim School Assistant Manager to
oversee daily operations, mentor our Swim Associates, and ensure an
outstanding experience for our swimmers and their families. We have
a growing portfolio with plenty of upward opportunities. Training
will be at our Big Blue Swim School location in Paoli for the first

more! What You'll Do: Customer Service & Engagement •Greet and
engage with parents and customers, providing updates on swimmer
progress. •Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain
strong relationships with families. •Train front desk staff on
promotions and best practices to convert trial lessons into weekly
enrollments. Team Leadership & Training •Supervise, mentor, and
support a team of 10-20 Swim Associates . •Lead daily shifts,
ensuring smooth transitions and proper class coverage. •Conduct
monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Swim Associates. •Onboard and
train new instructors, ensuring they meet Big Blue Swim School
standards. •Facilitate bi-weekly team training to reinforce safety
protocols, teaching techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Facility & Pool Operations •Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming
environment for swimmers and families. •Oversee water quality, pump
room operations, and overall pool maintenance. •Ensure all staff
follow safety procedures and hold required certifications. What
