You will ensure every project meets our high standards, adheres to electrical codes, and delivers outstanding value to our customers. /n /n Pay: /n $25 – $30/hr /n /n Sign-On Bonus: /n $2,500 /n /n Benefits: /n /n - Health, vision, and dental insurance /n - 401K savings plan with company match /n - Life insurance available, both companies paid and elected /n - Paid Time Off /n /n Why Join Us? /n /n - Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and sustainability. /n - Work with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing industry. /n - Enjoy a collaborative environment that values your expertise and craftsmanship. /n /n /n What You’ll Do: /n /n - Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems. /n - Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar’s installation standards, NEC, and local regulations. /n - Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely. /n - Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle with all necessary tools and materials. /n - Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively. /n - Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution. /n - Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service. /n /n Qualifications We’re Looking For: /n /n - Experience: 4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience. /n - Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), especially Articles 690-710. /n - Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently. /n - Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and adaptability to changing field conditions. /n - Solar Installation Background: Residential solar installation experience is essential. /n - Equipment Operation: Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus. /n - Safety Commitment: High dedication to safety and quality workmanship. /n - Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions. /n
