We install high-quality systems for homeowners and we don’t leave our people hanging. What You’ll Get: $35 - $45 based on experience and performance 100% employer-paid medical and dental insurance - no waiting period 401(k) with 4% company match No on-call shifts Steady schedule and team-based installs What You’ll Do: Lead residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, furnaces, A/Cs, mini-splits, boilers, ductwork, etc.) Mentor junior techs and ensure clean, timely, and safe installations Work directly with homeowners, managers, and office support Perform start-ups and system tests Maintain job information, collect payment and work professionally What You’ll Bring: 3 years of HVAC installation experience - not all system types required EPA certification Solid technical and leadership skills Strong communication and customer service Valid driver’s license and clean record If you want to grow with a company that’s built a reputation over 25 years in the Philly area, this is your shot.
