QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN LEAD 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure Be able to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires Be capable of understanding client needs.
