Job Description Job Description Aerotek is Hiring Entry Level Warehouse Associate - No Experience Needed Job Description As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in maintaining satisfactory quality performance levels. You will be responsible for packaging, unpackaging, sorting, staging, and preparing units for production while performing data entry into our systems via PC. This position requires working in a high-speed, high-volume environment where meeting or exceeding daily production goals at 80% or higher is essential. You will also be responsible for putting away and pulling equipment and/or parts and maintaining a clean, organized work station. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels. Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production. Perform data entry into systems via PC. Work in a high-speed, high-volume environment. Meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher. Put away and pull equipment and/or parts. Maintain a clean, organized work station. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Experience with shipping, material handling, and warehouse operations. Ability to pick and pack efficiently. Proficient in data entry and computer skills. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Strong attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
