a Lead Paint Inspector/ Industrial Hygienist for our New York City

Responsibilities - Oversee and enforce contract specification
requirements associated with lead paint removal from elevated steel
structures using abrasive blasting, SSPC type 1A Containments -
Operate dust trackers stationed upwind and downwind from the
containment - Perform visual inspections of work areas/containment
areas daily - Maintain all project records including material
usages, locations and quantities of surfaces abated, waste
manifests, worker attendance, and air testing results.
Qualifications - Experienced with lead paint abatement using
abrasive blasting procedures - Must have understanding of area air
monitoring using PM10 dust trackers - Containment inspection
experience - Data management and record keeping requirements unique
to this type of work - SSPC certification required - Please visit

salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this
posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact
compensation will be determined based on individual candidate
qualifications and location. - Compensation: Minimum: $104,000;
Maximum $114,00 - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
