Job Description:
At United Site Services, Inc., a pioneer in providing
comprehensive site service solutions, we are seeking a dedicated
Fence Supervisor to oversee our temporary fencing operations. This
role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective
installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary fencing details
used in various projects across the U.S. The Fence Supervisor will
play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing field teams,
ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and delivering exemplary
customer service in alignment with project requirements. Oversee
and manage all aspects of temporary fencing projects from planning
to execution. Supervise and train fence installation teams,
ensuring all staff adhere to safety regulations and company
standards. Coordinate logistics for transport and delivery of
fencing materials to various site locations. Maintain accurate
records of inventory, work progress, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control measures to
ensure compliance with safety standards and customer
specifications. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other
stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication and
problem resolution. Prepare and present detailed reports and
updates to upper management regarding project status, challenges,
and outcomes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong
verbal and written communication abilities. Expertise in project
management and logistical coordination. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of safety
regulations and quality standards related to construction and
temporary fencing. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
certification is desirable. OSHA Safety Certification.
