Your commercial HVAC experience—and your electrical know-how—are exactly what we’re looking for. We’re hiring a skilled Service Technician to work on complex industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, cooling towers, and electrical controls. This role is hands-on, independent, and essential to supporting critical systems across manufacturing, lab, and research facilities. If you know your way around both mechanical systems and a multimeter, let’s talk. What You'll Handle: · Troubleshoot and service chillers, boilers (steam/hydronic), VRFs, RTUs, cooling towers, and VFDs · Diagnose and repair electrical issues, control panels, and system sensors · Maintain safety and quality standards while documenting all service calls · Communicate clearly with clients and support the team as needed What You Bring: · 2 years of hands-on commercial or industrial HVAC experience · Strong electrical troubleshooting skills—panels, controls, power systems · Experience with major systems: chillers, boilers, RTUs, VRFs · EPA Universal Certification (required) · OSHA 10 (30 preferred), valid driver’s license, and clean record Bonus Skills: · Background in pharma, food, or regulated industrial settings · Factory training (Carrier, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.) · Familiarity with automated controls or building management systems (BAS/BMS) What You’ll Get: · Competitive pay: $40–$45/hr base overtime · Company-provided service van and tools · Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match · Paid holidays, vacation, uniforms, and ongoing safety training Ready to do real work—not just routine service calls—and be respected for your skill?
