Field Marketing Position for Home Health-Philadelphia

• 
  The Marketer proactively seeks out opportunities to meet referral sources and build positive working relationships in order to build referrals with a focus on providing attentive customer service.
  Performs various activities with personal care homes, assisted living and nursing facilities in targeted areas to increase awareness of the agency's programs and services and build relationships. -
  Reports changes in targeted facility staff and structure, noting possible effects and action plans for the changing situations to management as appropriate.
  Possesses ability to grow staffing base through a variety of in-person methods to meet client needs.
  -Develops strong and lasting relationships with referral sources to obtain applicants that are qualified personal care aides/caregivers and to find community - - - -resources where potential staff can be obtained.
  -Is responsible for running ads and recruiting staff for vacant positions through a variety of online and in person methods.
  -Facilitates local marketing and staff recruiting events to build a strong presence in the communities served.
  -Recruits and identifies reliable and compassionate home care staff.
  
• -Understands and adheres to established agency policies and procedures and all regulatory guidelines.
  - - - Participates in staff meetings, agency sponsored inservices and team meetings as directed.
  
• Conducts all business activities in a professional and ethical manner and adheres to agency's Code of Conduct.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned by Administrator and Marketing Director.
  
• -Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor and be able to communicate effectively and relate courteously and cooperatively with clients, caregivers, colleagues, general public, referral sources, agency staff and all others.
  
• -Must be able to demonstrate optimism, enthusiasm and willingness to work constructively with others and reflect concern for the well-being of clients and staff.
  
  Education & Experience:
  
  • 
    
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
    
  • Bachlor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business preferred but not required
    
  • Prior Marketing, recruiting and staffing experiece preferred
    
  • Computer and Technological Skills are a must for the position
    
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills -
    
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high demanding fast paced enviornment -
    
    Licenses & Credentials Required:

    • Driver's License in good standing -
      
    • Automobile in good working condition with state required minimum automobile insurance coverage
