VSBLTY has an immediate need for a tech savvy sales and marketing assistant that can support senior executives on projects as assigned. The candidate must be an excellent project manager that can assist in administrative duties and support the development of sales decks and client presentations.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance quickly. -Responsibilities - - - - - -Manage daily administrative tasks and organizational work - - - - - -Plan and monitor execution of deliverables and timelines - - - - - -Ensure sales decks and materials are flight-checked to ensure they contain all the necessary elements in the correct format - - - - - -Assist in preparing materials necessary for client presentations - - - - - -Maintain computer archive files - - - - - -Assist in support communications to select clients to ensure timely responsiveness to requests and information exchange - - - - - -Conduct market research in conjunction with new opportunities - - - - - -Work with senior executives to support the growth of the overall business - - - - - -Develop the ability to communicate knowledge of assigned product(s) - - - - - -Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements - - - - - -5+ years of related experience in sales, marketing, media, or adtech - - - - - -A minimum of an associate (2 year) degree in advertising/communication design, sales, or marketing - - - - - -Hands on experience with Adobe CS and Apple iOS - - - - - -Mac literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote) - - - - - -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to draft related communications to internal teams and clients - - - - - -Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to provide solutions without supervision - - - - - -Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously - - - - - -Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team-oriented environment - - - - - -Organized, has attention to detail and able to multi-task - - - - - -Must be a collaborator who does whatever it takes and meets deadlines
